To ensure the normal use of this GPS locator, it consists of several components: device (GPS locator), SIM card, and attachment online platform. When you log in to your account, how come the platform monitoring page appears offline?
Firstly, observe whether the device indicator light is normal. If there are no conditions to observe, you can first check the status of the SIM card. The steps are as follows:
1) Call the SIM card number of the device to see if you can hear the sound of the phone being answered.
2) Is the vehicle in a location without GSM network signals.
3) Observe the area where the disconnected terminals are located, whether individual terminals are disconnected or all are disconnected, to determine whether it is a network problem with the operator.
4) Is the SIM card overdue.
5) If the terminal goes offline on the last day of the month, please check if the GPRS service has been cancelled.
6) Query the parameters of the terminal through instructions and check if the parameters returned by the terminal are correct.
