　　The Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Communications issued the "Guangzhou Passenger Taxi Vehicle Technical Management Regulations", which stipulated that from August 1, Guangzhou taxis will be required to install on-board intelligent systems such as locators with video surveillance. However, whether taxis should install locators with video surveillance is still controversial.
