There is no legal problem to install a locator with video surveillance in the car for safety reasons. But after all, taxis are different from buses and subways. They are still a relatively personal space, and the privacy rights of passengers should also be respected. If a locator with video surveillance is mandatory in a taxi, there must be a corresponding set of passenger privacy protection mechanisms. For example, passengers must be informed in advance who keeps trackers with video surveillance, who has the right to view them, and a strict management system.
