Due to the different shapes of fuel tanks in each model and the different fuel sensors inside the tanks, in order to accurately detect the accurate fuel quantity, engineering personnel need to use modeling software to model the fuel tank carried by the customer's vehicle before installation, in order to accurately measure the changes in fuel inside the fuel tank using fuel detection equipment. The so-called modeling refers to detecting the relationship between each change in the variable resistance of the fuel sensor and the change in fuel quantity, and then manually inputting the measured resistance value and corresponding fuel quantity in engineering mode and storing them in the model software, for the convenience of vehicles with the same model or fuel tank specifications. Therefore, the closer the variation pattern of the resistance value of the fuel sensor is to linearity (most of the resistance values of the fuel sensor change in a stepped pattern), the higher the accuracy of the measured fuel quantity.

　　The first step is to select or customize a fuel sensor based on the specifications of the fuel tank, Suggest using a reed type oil sensor (Reed type fuel sensor. If the customer can accept the original car slide type sensor and authorize signature, the original car slide type sensor solution can be used for the customer.), And use a multimeter to measure the maximum resistance value when the oil sensor float is in the highest position and the minimum resistance value when the oil sensor float is in the lowest position.

　　The second step is to select a vehicle model for installation. It is required to have a full tank of fuel, install a fuel sensor, and connect the two terminals of the sensor in series with the positive and negative poles of the resistance meter (resistance measurement gear of the universal meter), regardless of the positive and negative poles.
