A tracking locator is a terminal that is equipped with a built-in GPS module and a mobile communication module. It is used to transmit the positioning data obtained by the GPS module to a server on the Internet through a mobile communication module (gsm/gprs network), allowing for querying the terminal position on a computer.
The spatial distribution of GPS is composed of 24 GPS working satellites, which together form the GPS satellite constellation. Among them, 21 are navigation satellites and 3 are active backup satellites. These 24 satellites are distributed in 6 orbits with an inclination angle of 55 ° and orbit the Earth. The operating period of a satellite is approximately 12 stellar hours. Each GPS working satellite sends out signals for navigation and positioning. GPS users use these signals for their work.
