　　The onboard GSM phone can make voice calls and can be removed for normal use when the user leaves the car. Several communication methods generally require data to speech compatibility and can be controlled according to commands from the command center to achieve the function of data to speech conversion. For example, if cluster communication is used, after the vehicle alarms, the monitoring center will grant channels to monitor the situation inside the vehicle
