1、 Due to issues with the SIM card

If the car GPS locator works in special environments, it may cause damage or deformation to the SIM card body. For example, some construction vehicles work in high temperature environments, and if the equipment card is a regular rubber card, it is prone to deformation and damage at high temperatures. This causes the SIM card to malfunction and the device to go offline.

2、 The GPS device is in a signal blind spot

Offline alarms caused by signals like this are common because the platform cannot receive information from GPS locators. This situation is very simple. After leaving the signal gap area, it will return to normal upon receiving the signal.

If there is poor or damaged SIM card contact, professional assistance is needed for inspection. If the card body is damaged, have the manufacturer reinstall one. If you are not a professional, do not easily change the card to avoid damaging the equipment.

　　3、 Equipment expiration or arrears

The SIM card of the car GPS locator has expired, or is in arrears, or the data package has changed, which can also cause offline devices. The handling method for these situations is to contact the supplier's after-sales service to inquire whether there is any outstanding payment or downtime, or if changes in the data package cost have caused the data to be unusable. If there is any arrears, you can recharge and pay to reuse it.

4、 Problem caused by GPS locator running out of battery

Car GPS locators can also cause the device to go offline when there is no power. If there is a wired device, it may be due to loose wiring or the device being installed on the non electrical circuit of the car. The equipment is installed in an extraordinary electrical circuit. As the vehicle loses power, the equipment will not be able to supply power normally, resulting in a power outage alarm or insufficient battery. When the vehicle starts normally, the equipment will return to normal. This may be connected to a very electrical circuit. If it is a wireless device, check if the device's battery is low and causing it to go offline. If the battery runs out, charge it or replace the battery.
