1. Monitoring the internal environment of buses

The bus is a densely populated and enclosed mobile public place, and its security situation is relatively complex. Disputes between drivers, passengers, and passengers often occur. Thieves are mixed among passengers, resulting in theft cases. Public security incidents such as fights between passengers due to seat grabs, crowding, and trampling occur. Without surveillance video evidence afterwards, it is difficult to reproduce the situation that occurred at the scene, which has been troubling bus safety management personnel and public security departments, seriously disrupting social stability and unity.

　　2. Monitoring the external environment of buses

Buses operate on crowded urban roads, often causing traffic accidents such as scratches and collisions with social vehicles in front or behind the vehicles. There are also accidents such as collisions with pedestrians, and even intentional "porcelain collisions". Monitoring can be carried out using onboard cameras installed in front and rear of the vehicle to ensure that post evidence collection can provide recorded data.

　　3. Preventing ticket loss

In the past, there were cases where drivers directly collected passenger tickets or the coin box was damaged, resulting in ticket loss. Monitoring through on-board video surveillance installed in the driving area through on-board cameras can effectively monitor the occurrence of these situations and play a good deterrent role, providing video data for post evidence collection.

　　4. Monitor bus operations

Often, after bus vehicles leave the site or station, the driver takes the initiative, and central dispatchers or supervisors cannot check the operation of the vehicles. The use of an in car video monitoring system can enable regulatory personnel to have real-time information on the operation inside and outside the bus and the location of the vehicle on the central platform or mobile client, effectively monitoring non-standard behaviors such as drivers making phone calls, smoking, and chatting with passengers while driving in the car.

　　5. Major accident warning and evidence collection

In recent years, some terrorist activities and personal venting of anger have seriously threatened the safety of bus operations, with major arson cases involving Chengdu Bus, Kunming Bus, Hangzhou Bus, and Guangzhou Bus, posing a serious threat to the personal safety of bus drivers and passengers. By deploying an in vehicle video surveillance system, it can provide a deterrent effect on major dangerous situations, and timely notify bus companies, public security, hospitals, fire departments, and other departments to rush to the scene for processing through an alarm mechanism. Provide effective video data for the post incident analysis of the button incident by the responsible public security department.
