CF port GPS is mainly designed for PDAs, but currently PDAs are getting smaller and have gradually abandoned CF port and switched to SD port. The CF port can be connected to the PCMCIA interface of a laptop through an adapter card, as there is no cable connection, making it more convenient to use than the USB interface. The advantage is mainly reflected in walking use. When using car navigation, the CF port GPS can achieve the flexible placement of GPSMouse through an external antenna (by placing the antenna in a suitable position to receive a strong enough GPS satellite signal). Of course, the price of CF port GPS is also slightly higher, usually ranging from 500 to 600 yuan.
Due to the fact that CF port GPS was originally designed primarily for PDAs, the legacy for us was poor compatibility between some product drivers and the operating system on laptops, or even inability to install them at all. It is best for users to install and debug before making payment when purchasing.
