GPS is the abbreviation of GLOBLEPOSITIONGSYSTEM, which means a global positioning system. It is a huge universe and aerospace project that has been implemented by the US government for more than 20 years and costs $ 12 billion. The system can provide information for ground targets around the world globally to determine parameters such as the precise position, speed, and operation of the target on the ground.

The GPS positioning artificial hygiene is composed of 24 artificial satellites that fly over 26,560 kilometers above the ground. Each satellite is around the ball for about 12 hours. Essence Each satellite has continuously launched digital signals to the earth. GPS users on the ground calculate their positions (meridians, latitude and height), speed and operation by receiving more than 4 satellite signals at the same time.

The GPS system provides two positioning services: P code and C / A yards. The P code provides precise positioning services. It is used for military use for military. C / A code provides standard positioning services to provide non -military uses such as navigation and vehicle navigation. For civilian positioning services, the positioning accuracy provided by the system is 25 meters, but when adding artificial interference (the US government's SA policy), its positioning accuracy becomes 100 meters.

Now, people are becoming more and more aware of the significance of the role of GPS and the broad application field. In addition to military applications, it has been widely used in many fields such as aerospace, aviation, navigation, measurement, and detecting. The continuous decline and the continuous improvement of its performance, the application of GPS systems in anti -theft of automobiles is becoming more and more common. When cars are stolen, the GPS system can continuously provide the position of the stolen vehicle, thereby cooperating with the police to quickly leave the police and crack down on crimes. For example: Ronaldo, a world -renowned star who is currently playing in the Italian Inter Milan team, drove his beloved BMW car with five robberies holding weapons during his vacation in Rio de Janeiro. Fortunately, the BMW car in Ronaldo has a satellite positioning system. Within 1 hour, the robbery car belongs to the original master.

As experts predicted, GPS will change the operating method of the automotive anti -theft industry, and it will be another revolution after the computer revolution.
