  1. User Business Description

  Through mobile communication systems, it provides services for collecting, reporting, analyzing information on the spatial location, operational status, and service requests of mobile targets (mainly vehicles and ships), as well as taking various control measures according to user agreements or requests.

  The GPS positioning system provides vehicle users with comprehensive services such as real-time positioning, line monitoring, help alarm, text scheduling, remote control, on-site monitoring, mobile phone, data transmission, and vehicle condition black box.

  1.1. Real time positioning

  By setting certain conditions, vehicles can report location information to their respective centers when the conditions are met. This information is stored on the central network management server and can be queried afterwards. This type of information is not displayed in real-time on the monitoring terminal, as follows:

  1.1.1 Prescribed time point (long standby equipment)

  The center sets a time point to report (such as 12:00 noon every day), at which the onboard unit will report positioning information to the center.

  1.1.2 Prescribed time or distance intervals (for long standby devices)

  The center sets the time interval to report (such as every hour) or distance interval (such as every 200 kilometers), and the onboard unit reports positioning information to the center when it meets the conditions. The time interval and distance interval can be set for only one or both.

  1.1.3 Prescribed speed (long standby equipment)

  The center sets speed conditions (such as when the vehicle speed exceeds 100 kilometers per hour), and the onboard unit will report location information to the center when speeding.

  1.1.4 Scope and location specified (long standby equipment)

  The center sets the range (such as urban area) and conditions (entering or leaving the range) that need to be reported, and the onboard unit will report positioning information to the center when the conditions are met.

  The center sets up locations that need to be reported (such as exit checkpoints, highway intersections, etc.), and the onboard unit will report location information to the center when the vehicle arrives at that location.

  1.2 Line monitoring

  The route monitoring service is used to track the route of a single or group of vehicles. The monitoring conditions can be one of the following:

  (1) Authorized by the user and requested by the monitoring center;

  (2) Vehicle alarm request;

  The vehicle position can be generated based on one of the following combinations:

  (1) Specify time intervals;

  (2) Specify distance intervals;

  (3) Defined scope;
