1) When passengers need taxi service, dial the taxi special number (such as 5320000 in Xiamen), and the central voice automatic service system will select an available service lady for the passengers. If there are no available seats, the voice prompt will be "Please hold the plane and wait". Once a seat is available, it will be immediately connected;

　　(2) Dispatch the seat to answer the phone, and passengers explain the call requirements (location, number of people, contact information, etc.). The seat lady delineates a certain range of locations indicated by the passengers on the map and inputs other requirements into the seat terminal, which will send the requirements to the dispatch server;

　　(3) The dispatch server receives requests from various seats and broadcasts the taxi information and location range to all taxis within the designated range;

　　(4) When the taxi on-board equipment receives this information, the backend automatically determines whether the vehicle is empty and within the required range. If it is met, the dispatch screen will send a prompt message (text and sound) to the driver; If there is one dissatisfaction, do not prompt the driver, and for the driver, it feels like nothing has happened;

　　(5) If the driver presses the call button within a certain period of time after the taxi on-board equipment sends a prompt message, the on-board equipment sends the call message to the central dispatch server; If the call button is not pressed within the specified time, it shall be deemed that the driver has given up;

　　(6) After receiving the call information from the taxi, the dispatch server confirms which taxi services are available through a certain selection scheme, and then allocates the response information to the dispatch seat that originally sent the request. At the same time, it sends the confirmation information and passenger's detailed information (location, gender, surname, contact method, etc.) to the taxi, agreeing to the taxi service;

　　(7) After receiving the response message from the dispatch seat, the lady informed the passengers over the phone of the license plate number, vehicle type, and other information of the taxi to be called, and informed them that they could arrive within a few minutes.

　　(8) Taxi shall provide services to the passenger call location and report the service results (successful service, incomplete service, and reasons) to the dispatch center.
