　　3. If the locator indicator light is on normally, please confirm whether the SIM card fee is normal. If the fee is overdue, please contact the operator for payment

　　4. If the cost is normal and the indicator light is also normal, please contact the GPS manufacturer to troubleshoot the GPS locator fault
