Design scheme of logistics tracking system

　　Introduction to the structure of the logistics tracking system: Based on the investigation of the logistics link of valuables, a logistics tracking system with the STM32F103RB series MCU as the core is proposed, which uses RFID and GPS technology to collect the specific information of goods in the logistics process in real time, such as geographical location information and goods change information. With the help of the existing mature mobile communication network, the GPRS module is used to transmit the change information of goods collected by RFID and the real-time geographic location information collected by GPS to the database of the supervision platform through the GPRS transmission mode. At the same time, if the goods on the vehicle change abnormally, and the route the logistics vehicle travels does not follow the command of the platform, the on-board logistics tracking equipment will alarm the platform in real time. Customers can access the server of the supervision platform through the network or mobile phone to query the accurate and detailed logistics information of their goods. It replaces the backward hand-held scanning method in logistics to transmit logistics dynamic information, which not only saves manpower and material resources, but also ensures the accuracy of logistics information. More importantly, it can prevent the loss and swapping of valuables, and reduce the risk of accidents caused by dangerous goods.

　　The block diagram of the logistics tracking system is shown in Figure 1. The logistics vehicle is equipped with an on-board terminal, which integrates GPS module, RFID reader writer and GPRS module. When the articles with electronic lead seals or electronic labels are loaded, the RFID reader writer scans all loaded articles. After scanning, the basic information and GPS geographic location information of the articles are processed through the microcontroller, The processed information is transmitted to the supervision platform server through GPRS transmission, and the supervision platform server stores the collected logistics information in the database. At this time, customers and the logistics supervision platform can query the logistics information by accessing the database. When the logistics vehicle is running, RFID constantly scans the articles in the vehicle. If there is no abnormal change in the articles, the GPS geographic location information will be uploaded to the server regularly. If the articles in the logistics vehicle need to be legally changed, the server supervision platform will transmit the information to be changed to the vehicle terminal through the mobile wireless network, and the vehicle terminal will allow the articles with electronic tags to be legally changed according to the command information. In case of abnormal changes in the middle, the on-board terminal will immediately send alarm information to the supervision platform server.
