　　2. The locator has no phone signal.

　　If you dial the phone number of the locator through your mobile phone and receive a prompt indicating that you cannot connect or are not in the service area, this is the case. Try to park the car in an environment with good signal conditions as much as possible. The installation position of the locator should not be too enclosed, and there should be no metal objects blocking it. The installation position inside the car should be as close as possible. 　　3. The phone card of the locator is overdue, or the phone card package has changed or the internet function has been disabled.

　　For more information, consult the operator of the mobile card (such as China Mobile: 10086, China Unicom: 10010), inquire if the mobile card has outstanding fees, if the internet function has been activated, if the internet function is effective, and if the package has been changed.
