Information provides fuel consumption GPS vehicle management, mainly serving the GPS positioning management and fuel monitoring of large vehicles and machinery such as engineering vehicles, mechanical vehicles, logistics vehicles, etc. Due to the complex working environment, more appropriate and meticulous installation work is required. The general installation method is as follows:
1. According to the operation process
Positioning:
The principle is generally to avoid the position of the original oil float in the middle of the fuel tank.
Clean the dirt at the opening of the fuel tank
Remove the oil stains from the installation position of the fuel tank
avail oneself of loop-holes
Use a pistol drill to clamp a metal drilling bit with a diameter of 18-22mm, connect the power supply, and drill in the middle of the positioned oil tank. (Note that the speed should not be fast, and when it is about to drill through, stop. Use a screwdriver and pointed nose pliers to peel off the metal to be drilled and prevent it from falling into the oil tank.). Remember to open the fuel tank cap when drilling holes in the fuel tank; It's best if the diesel can be discharged completely, but if it's not discharged completely, as long as it's not too full, it's okay.
clean up
Use a tight file to remove the burrs from the opening;
Place a magnet with a wire into the fuel tank and suck out the iron chip.
Flange installation:
Place a gasket under the flange and align it with the opening of the oil tank; Then install with screws.
Sealing ring on sensor
The two circular sealing rings of the sensor, first the large ring and then the small ring (high-precision sensors do not have two circular sealing rings).
Install the sensor into the flange port and tighten it in the direction of the thread; Then wire and wrap it.
