In order to solve the above problems and strengthen the management of
drivers and vehicles, GPS satellite positioning technology, GIS geographic
information technology, and computer network communication and data processing
technology are used as vehicle positioning methods. The Public Mobile
Communication Network (GSM) is used for data communication between vehicles and
the center, and a monitoring and management system for official vehicles is
established to achieve the following functional requirements:
1. Vehicle safety management: Through a database, detailed records of
vehicle operation trajectories can be recorded, and the operation trajectories
can be replayed and tracked to monitor driving routes, achieving effective
management of vehicles by management departments and serving as a deterrent to
