At present, the navigation positioning system used in the world is mainly the US GPS system. Europeans believe that this is not safe. In order to establish a civilian global navigation positioning system controlled by Europe, Europeans decided to implement the "Galileo" plan. On September 18, 2003, the European Union and China signed an agreement for China to participate in the "Galileo" plan. On October 9, 2004, the two sides signed a technical cooperation agreement for the project; thereby triggering a report that the US media issued the United States to destroy the "Galileo" satellite. It can be seen that this project not only has high economic value, but also has a deep political and military strategic significance.
Participating in the "Galileo" plan is by far the largest cooperation plan in my country and Europe. The global navigation positioning system is widely used. From various aspects such as economic construction and national defense construction, my country should establish its own global navigation positioning system. For example, after we establish a nationwide vehicle positioning system in the future, if we do not have other navigation positioning systems and only rely on the GPS system, once an accident occurs, the entire traffic system will be paralyzed. The total value of the "Galileo" plan is 3.6 billion euros, and my country's investment is 2?
