When it comes to positioning accuracy, you have to talk about SA and AS.
What is SA, as?
There are two C/A codes and P yards of GPS signals.
The error of the C/A code is 29.3m to 2.93 meters. The general receiver uses C/A code to calculate the positioning. In the middle of the 90s, in the middle of the 90s, for its own security considerations, SA (Selective Availability) was added to the signal to increase the error of the receiver to about 100 meters. The error of the P code is from 2.93 meters to 0.293 meters is one -tenth of the C/A code. However, the P code can only be used by the US military. AS (Anti-Spoofing) is an interference signal added to the P code.
